I wrote a letter for you in January and asked to cancel my subscription to your company, yet I have not receive any respond from Global Network Communication and a new billing has arrived yesterday considering that it was already two months ago when I send my letter.
I hope that you will expedite my subscription cancellation, and should any refund I could get as soon as the cancellation is done, please do inform me.
