I have ordered a one dozen of chocolate and it arrived today. I am planning to give the chocolates as gift to my friends this New Year. But I am very disappointed when I check it because the product is severely damaged and it is no longer presentable.

I am giving it back to you and I am expecting that you will take the proper investigation regarding this matter.

I am requesting for the chocolates before January 1, 2010.
