Dear Mrs. Miller,

I would like to ask your ABC Company donations of medicines and foods to the people of Springfield Street which were hit last December 3, 2009 by a killer tropical typhoon. Many families have lost there home and many people have been killed.

Enclosed with this letter are the news clippings and pictures of the disaster.

Our organization, ABC Rescuer, is currently doing volunteer work in Springfield Street helping people to rebuild their homes.

We will ask for a team of volunteer medical doctors and nurses in public hospitals to help us treat those people that are injured. For this reason we will be needing help from your company for the supply of medicines and food.

We are looking forward for a favorable answer with this request of help.
