Dear Mr. Hall,

One of our customer who introduced herself as Jenny Miller has called in our company today to inform the manager that they have been treated in an extremely impolite manner.

This was about a telephone call that took place on December 14, 2009. She said that an employee answered the telephone call and said that the whole office is so busy to find an answer to her nonsense question. This only makes the client think that you are not interested in helping her in any way.

As all of you know, this is completely against our policy. We tend to make every attempt to please our customer. They are the backbone of our company.

As the manager in the marketing department where this incident occurs, I would like you to find the source of this problem and report it to me immediately. Also I required the employee to call to Mrs. Miller and offer an apology.
