I have organized a study research that may be used by medical practitioners and other researcher about “Tourette syndrome”. My study focuses on the different signs and symptoms of the said disease and the effectiveness of the medicine that the patient is taking. I would appreciate your permission to include the following interviews I had with your son Michael France.

In the research, I will include four different interviews I had with Michael which is about his experiences about Tourette syndrome. I have included the copies of the interview in this letter.

The name of Michael will appear as John in the research to protect the privacy of your son.
