Dear Mrs. Miller,
My order for the three sets of cosmetic products arrived today with the order no. of 12345. The purchased product was badly damaged that the product are not good to use.
I am shipping the products back to you, and I am expecting that you will send the shipment at once.
I am requesting your company to have an investigation about this thing. I will need the said product before January 1 since I will give the said merchandise to my friends as a gift. I appreciate if you will let me know whether or not I can expect for the products not later than January 1.
