Dear Mr. Stephen,
I really need your help.
Your staff has been here for the third time because of the damaged humidifier you have delivered in my house. You keep on sending me the same staff and I am still having the same non-working machine in my home.
He was unable to repair the damage humidifier because according to him the spare part was still not compatible. I know that you have a good staff but without the correct parts they can’t do the job required.
Can I ask that you put attention with this matter? Please call me to let me know how you’d like to deal with this.
