I, Henry Patterson single, of legal age, presently residing at 123 Alaska Street do hereby appoint Michelle Robertson single, and also of legal age, currently residing at 222 Alaska Street as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead to perform the following acts:
To withdraw the outstanding balance and to close my account at ABC Bank with account number XXXXXXX.
HEREBY GRANTING unto my said representative, full power and authority to execute and perform every lawful act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we ought or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and conforming all my said legal representative shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
